Upon showing interest on the website we received a call from Shelby who super pleasant who took our information to pass along to our salesman who busy with another customer at that time. Tim got back with us very promptly and sent photos and Carfax information and then videos of the car inside and out from every direction and pointed out anything he found that wasn't showroom perfect on the car. We truly appreciate such and honest and upfront approach. Our initial contact was on Thursday and Kylie was confident that was the car for her. We negotiated a price and electronically signed a buyers order that evening. We live approximately 2 hours away and could not make it by the dealership until Saturday morning. When we arrived they had the vehicle sitting under the canopy out front freshly serviced detailed and ready to go. Tim and the business managers took care of the final paperwork very promptly and in such a friendly yet professional manager.
