Steve took the time to show me several different models that I was interested in and helped me to test driver 2 different cars. Then, he was patient with me as we talked through the price and the monthly p that I was interested in and helped me to test driver 2 different cars. Finally, they showed me an itemized invoice that was straight-forward and did NOT contain any hidden fees, over-charges, or scams like I have seen at other dealerships! The experience in Finance was horrible. He was hard to understand. No eye contact, he was humongous to himself the entire time. We had to wait way to long. We had the car less than two weeks and to this day it won't start every time we try. Because it wouldn't duplicate the problem when we were there for almost an entire day. They dint know the problem and today. It took over an hour if attempt to get it to start. Worst experience EVER More
