I was able to check their inventory online and review vehicle price (MSRP and Dealer's Internet Price). Outstanding POSITIVE point: The Internet Price listed on dealer's website was the ACTUAL PRICE. There was NO bait and switch that I had experienced at other dealers. (Other dealers said their internet price was JUST the BASE/STARTING PRICE, then by the time additional fees/costs were calculated the Price was $4000 - $5000 more.) Sue Doyle, sales consultant, was very, very, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and courteous. She demonstrated and explained all the features and technology thoroughly, concisely and patiently. She answered all my questions in detail with a friendly, open manner. She, also, answered all of my wife's questions over the telephone since she was not able to accompany me to the dealer. Sue emailed her additional information, especially. she emailed a complete owner's manual in PDF format for us to retain on our computer. Sue voluntarily offered to assist us with further explanations and in-person demonstration and reviews of the car technology, even AFTER purchase.
