Quick, Quality and Considerate Service As soon as I walked through the doors at Bommarito I was immediately welcomed by multiple staff members. I had previously made an appointment with Wal As soon as I walked through the doors at Bommarito I was immediately welcomed by multiple staff members. I had previously made an appointment with Walter and Sue. Walter was paged and came to greet me directly. He mentioned that he was with some other customers and there might be a little shuffling going on, which I just assumed is the name of the game in car sales. I was then seated and offered a beverage and within 5 minutes Sue sat down with me to discuss what I was here to accomplish and to arrange a test drive. During my purchasing process I was never left alone for any longer than 5-10 minutes and when I was there was always another staff member offering assistance if needed and always making sure I had a drink. Sue was very straight forward with what they had to offer and the deal we were able to make. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and Sue and Walter respected that and never once attempted an upsale that wouldn’t have serviced my needs directly. I was never pressured to commit to anything right away. I came with my own finance and I was not pushed to take theirs instead. All said and done, between two visits, one to agree on the deal and another to sign final paperwork, I spent only about three hours at the dealership. Sue walked us through learning all of the features our new car had to offer and assisted in pairing our phones to the cars Bluetooth. I left the dealer with ZERO buyers remorse. My husband and I are a Honda family and when the time comes we will be back at Bommarito to make our next purchase. More
