We also worked with Walter Bernard who tremendously aided the process. We particularly appreciated the extra time he took after a long day to teach us about the many attractive features the EX has to offer. Both Sue and Walter's work day ended at 5pm, but were willing to work with our own schedules. We are grateful to them to stay late and still provide attentive service. More
