I didn't really know much about how to purchase a car, and I did research on 5 dealerships in St. Louis. I went to 3 of them, Bommarito Honda was the last stop and I was finally satisfied. Before I came to Bommarito Honda, I went to another one in the South. Because that I only had a Chinese Driver's License and a US permit, that salesperson wouldn't let me test the car and I sat in the front seat watched him driving around and when it was over, he asked me to do the paperwork immediately. I certainly hope that I don't look like the type that to buy a car is simple as if I'm about to buy a dozen of eggs. So I left and he emailed me twice to "we don't want to lose your business." I also gave up on another shop in the west, it was actually the first one I contacted. I gave up once I found they never read my reply and were just sending systematic emails every once a while. Bommarito Honda, on the other hand, would reply really soon, even when I thought it was really late for me to send the email. On a contrast, Bommarito Honda provides a friendly environment with coffee, ice cream, movies, snacks, playrooms for kids and all sorts of things. Sue Doyle was talking to another customer, so I waited and enjoyed some free ice cream. When I talked to her, she let me tested the car in the parking lot, and we sat down to talk about more details, and got to know each other for a little bit. After two weeks when I got my driver's license, I decided to make the purchase here immediately. The best thing about Bommarito Honda for me is not only the price. I can get a $21,000 car in one dealership without pleasant services, or I can get a $22,000 car in another dealership with nice services and friendly salespeople. Well, for me, absolutely the latter. More
