Sue Doyle responded to our questions with clarity, respect and humor. Of course we knew she wanted us to leave with a new car but she also wanted us to be happy too. This was a busy night for Sue and business manager Jim Fincannon since it was the end of month. That being said they did not rush us into decisions and gave us no hint they were seriously rushed with customers. Before our visit I had the occasion to converse with Kevin Brannock about a service situation on my current (old) car. I appreciated his concern and he sought us out during our visit to the showroom. He even found us a 2nd time in the parking lot as we were about to leave and wished us the best of luck. I cannot think of one thing I could ask or expect from an auto dealership. I look forward to working with this team again and soon. More

She was ready with the paperwork and thoroughly explained everything on it. She kindly answered all of my questions as we went through the process. When it came time to meet with Guy Taylor who helped me with the financing, Sue walked me over to his office and introduced me. Guy was very courteous and friendly. He had my paperwork prepared and was very thorough with me regarding explaining the details, making sure I understood everything. Upon delivery, Sue was so very helpful explaining all of the details of the car. I also greatly appreciated Sue's following up with me on the next business day to make sure everything was good and that I liked my new car. From the beginning of the process, Sue always was very prompt in getting back with me whenever I would e-mail her. From start to finish I could tell that Sue and Guy wanted to make sure I was very satisfied. Located the vehicle I wanted quickly! I researched the vehicle I wanted (2016 Pilot) then went to work finding it in my area. I inquired to several dealers, but had the quickest, most help I researched the vehicle I wanted (2016 Pilot) then went to work finding it in my area. I inquired to several dealers, but had the quickest, most helpful response from Bommarito. I received calls from the salesman Sue Doyle (not pushy and very knowledgable) as well as follow up from a person who schedules appointments with Sue (which was helpful in knowing whom to call for that). I test drove on a day that Sue was off, and her partner Milan was equally helpful, knowledgable and not pushy. Once I decided what I wanted (color, body style, etc) Sue was able to locate the vehicle in what seemed like a very short time--just a few days. On purchase/pick up day, she was again incredibly helpful. Guy Taylor was also helpful on the finance and extended protection end. Overall, a very good experience. Just wish I didn't live so far from the dealer location--hoping that my new vehicle won't need much maintenace, because I intend to use them for all my needs! More
