After an online search of their inventory I made contact with Susan Doyle, their internet sales representative. Actually I emailed her and requested pricing on a model in stock. Susan promptly replied to my note and after a few back and forths she provided me with a price that was near what I was looking for. By Bommarito providing the internet connection it really was an asset to obtaining our goal. Susan went to work for us and was our adversary in the process. Long story short, my wife and I met with her a few days later and finalized our new car purchase. Thank you Susan! All of the staff at Bommarito Honda are courteous, friendly, and professional. They have never been high pressure in any way. They present their product, explain to your satisfaction any and all details with no rush. She was courteous and hassle-free (not high pressure, like other dealerships). She worked with us to make sure that we understood all the options we had to consider. She kindly explained the new features of the car and actually set-up our cell-phones in the vehicle for us. She arranged for us to upgrade our tires with the Service Department, who was also friendly and efficient. Guy Taylor was personable and great at explaining the Financing that would work best for us.
