Not only was she prompt with her response, but she quoted us a very reasonable price. It was such a good price that we were skeptical, but we decided to proceed with the process. We set up a time to meet Sue and check out the car. When we got there, we were greeted by friendly staff members. Sue showed us the car, we test drove it, and were ready to purchase..... all the time still thinking the price was going to change and "stuff" was going to be added to the quoted price, but IT DIDN'T HAPPEN!!!!! She was true to her word and the price she quoted us! After the purchase of our new vehicle, Sue took the time to show us how to work some of the features and even helped us set up our phone. New Car Purchase On November 4th, 2014 I purchased a 2015 Honda CR V EXL from Bpmmarito Honda in Hazelwood, MO. My sales consultant was Susan Doyle. I knew the exact On November 4th, 2014 I purchased a 2015 Honda CR V EXL from Bpmmarito Honda in Hazelwood, MO. My sales consultant was Susan Doyle. I knew the exact model Honda I wanted to purchase along with the interior and exterior model. I had quotes and conversations with several different Honda Dealers in the St. Louis Area. First, Bommarito met the lowest price quoted to me by any dealer. Second, the process of ordering and loan application was quick and quite simple. The service was excellent by both the Sales consultant and the Finance Manager. I arrived at the dealership at around 1 p.m.. I took a test drive with the Sales Consultant and then returned to the dealership. After discussing tjhe features of the CR V EXL i mada a decision to purchase the vehicle. Fortuanately the interior and exterior color I wanted was in stock. The deal was completed and the car totally ready by 2:45 p.m. The Sales consultant then spent quite some time going over some of the features of the vehicle and setting up my phones on the blue tooth. She has been in touch a few times since yesterday and has invited me to contact her whenever I feel the need. The benefits of continued service that Bommarito offers is excellent. I feel most comfortable with my decision to purchase from Bommarito and will recommend them to anyone I know who is in the market for a new or used car purchase. More
