Recently, I purchased a 2014 Honda Pilot, Touring Edition, from "Gold" Senior Sales Consultant Mike Knollhoff. Mr. Knollhoff appeared to be extremely knowledgeable about all Honda models, especially Edition, from "Gold" Senior Sales Consultant Mike Knollhoff. Mr. Knollhoff appeared to be extremely knowledgeable about all Honda models, especially one in particular, the beautifully designed Honda Pilot Touring Edition. Mr. Knollhoff treated me like a member of his immediate family, from the time I walked into the front doors of the Bommarito Honda Superstore. I must say, If I owned my own business, I would employ Mr. Knollhoff without a second thought! During my business relationship with Mr. Knollhoff, not only did I leave with a plethora of knowledge about my new Pilot, I gained a new friend. In my personal opinion Mr. Knollhoff's demeanor is not just trying to sell anyone a vehicle, but to treat his clients with dignity and resect in an attempt to retain his cliental for long term. Over the years, I've purchased several vehicles from different dealerships but as long as Mr. Knollhoff continues to sell the Honda brand, I will continue to patronize him. During this visit, I had minimal contact with Sue Doyle and Jason Galeski but was pleased with their demeanor. Lastly, I also conversed extensively with Guy Taylor, General Sales Manager, and expressed how well I was treated during the purchasing of my new Honda Pilot. Traded in a 11 for a 14. Honda made a lot of improvements. I got one with a gps, rear camera. sunroof, leather seating and it is just beautiful. Sue Doyle was so great. I corresponded with her for about a week before I purchased a car from her and she was very patient, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was not pushy. She seemed to understand that buying a car is a big decision and gave me all the time that I needed to make the right decision on the make of car that I wanted, the trim package, and the color. She was very fair with the price and I feel that she gave me an amazing deal on the monthly payment. I contacted her 2 days after leasing a car from her to ask her if I could change an item in my contract and she was so accommodating and allowed me to make the change because she wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with the terms and my new car. I would highly recommend her. I also dealt with Guy and Josh very briefly and they were also very nice, fair, and helpful. I really dislike shopping for cars and they made my experience so pleasant. I will definitively be buying my next car from them. More

Actually I've been to several dealers for weeks and could not make up my mind until I went to Bommarito the next day I received the quote. It was definitely a pleasant experience buying a car with Sue's help. She is so nice, patient and informative. Thanks to Sue, I got the car I like most with a fairly low price. My family and I spent the whole afternoon at her office but it was the best experience ever and we drove the car home the same day.
