She followed up with another e-mail to ensure I received her price quote and to ensure it contained everything I was looking for. She worked with me over the phone when I called her on her day off to go over pricing and answer all my questions. Her offer was the best among three dealers and included MSRP, discount price, incentives and dealer fee all broken out. There were no hidden costs or changes upon our arrival. Valuation for our trade and financing was quick an simple, and there was no pressure to buy add-ons. I had expected a little more for my trade, but considering the difference between Bommarito and other dealer's offers, the overall savings was still better than the other offers. If you need a new Honda, I would definitely recommend working with Sue Doyle at Bommarito Honda. She quoted me a price that was much better than any of the other dealers and Bommarito had the color and model I wanted in stock. We set up a time for my wife and I to come by the dealership. I have to commend her sales approach which was low pressure and this put my wife and myself at ease. Once we reached a deal Sue was very thorough in explaining all the features of the van and even programmed our cell phones into the van's bluetooth system. I would certainly be happy to recommend Bommarito Honda and Sue Doyle to anyone in the market for Honda products. More

I emailed her with a question that night after the dealership was closed and I received an immediate response from her. We will definitely recommend Sue to our friends and family. Josh was also wonderful to work with in the Finance Dept. The service area is beautiful & clean (I never thought I would ever say that about a Service wait area).
