We did our research on the Highlander and the truck; after talking to Emanuel at our first visit we just purchased our fourth car. We were interested in and found that Koons did have the best price. I tried to buy the same SUV and truck from another dealership that is closer to my home but after visiting we discovered their prices were higher and customer service was not great. Just when you think Customer Service is dead. More and more you see so many companies where customer service is lacking. But I can honestly say that Koons Toyota in Annapolis still believes in it. We just purchased a new 4Runner and had some extras added. When we dropped the vehicle off to get them put on, we expected it to be done within a day. 3 days later, and after several calls and delays the service dept. said it was finally ready, only to find out when we arrived to pick it up, that it was not completed. I spoke with the General Sales Mgr. Suheil Katan to explain my dissatisfaction. He immediately took care of the situation and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care. Thank you Mr. Katan for keeping customer service a priority. More

For example, the radar enabled cruise control that slows down automatically has really lowered the stress of driving. The car is getting over 35 mpg, which is quite amazing for an SUV. Having said that I felt I needed to write a review on the wonderful experience at Koons Annapolis. Neal Barrett was excellent at helping me find the right car for my needs. I actually came in looking for one car and ended up buying a Prius after Neal helped me figure out that the Prius was actually a better choice considering my driving habits. He was very patient as I certainly put him through the loops. My many thanks to Suheil Katan whose faith and trust in me was more then expected and certainly rare in this day and age. Thanks so much. I'll try to pay it forward. And finally my experience with Business Manager Alex Sandoval was extraordinary. How often do you go into the Business Managers office and laugh. Very rare to have such a wonderful experience at that stressful time and end up laughing. Really enjoyed meeting this nice young man. My many thanks to all I worked with for an exemplary experience. She still takes the time to go over the vehicle wit me, even if its something so little as a button I pushed wrong! Unfortunately, I was recently in accident I called Caroline to see how fast she could get me into the body shop, she bent over backwards for me! She even took care of an open recall with the service department.
