I have always in the past had bad car buying experiences. December 28, 2016 was my second time purchasing a vehicle from Koons Annapolis Toyota. My sales representative Joe Gross made each experience very enjoyable. He's always managed to make me believe I can have any vehicle on the lot with a little perseverance, strategy, and a little hard work. He's such a positive, fun individual too. He was very professional, kind and courteous in helping me to pick out my first and second vehicle, and very attentive, going on test rides and getting me in the car that was just right for me, until I could finally get into the truck of my dreams. I will never go back to the dealerships in my past experiences. I absolutely found it hard to leave each time I bought my vehicles from Koons Annapolis Toyota because they actually made me feel as though I was a family member instead of just a sale. I can actually say my best car buying experience was with my Salesman Joe Gross of Koons Annapolis Toyota, who went above and beyond to somewhat guide me in how to get into the car of my dreams. I am always nervous and really don't want to see really nice vehi Our experience purchasing our Toyota Highlander was out of this world FANTASTIC!!!! I am always nervous and really don't want to see really nice vehicles because I will want them and may not be able to afford them. Mikey took us and made us feel relaxed and no so stressed. Then we sat with Viktor to see if we could afford it and WE COULD!!!!! Our payments were not initially where we really felt comfortable but guess what???? Koons Annapolis did not stop trying for us... do you know they called us like a day or two later and told us to come back in because are payment will be lowered by approx. $100. We couldn't believe it!!! This has NEVER happened to us and when we went back there sure enough our payments were actually lowered by $130. In our minds - we were doing cart wheels and summer saults! Nothing but a wonderful experience for us. We believe the good things happen to good people!!! Thank you again Koons Annapolis!!! Mikey Harris, Viktor Beshidze and Suheil Katan have a wonderful holiday season!!! More
