Very poor communication. I am suppose to have my car delivered today 11/2/2020 since this morning I am currently up to my 4th call as to where my vehicle is. The sales rep was supposed to call me with a delivered today 11/2/2020 since this morning I am currently up to my 4th call as to where my vehicle is. The sales rep was supposed to call me with an eta, nothing. Tied up my whole day. I am however thankful for Regal and their other staff for working hard on securing me finance and putting me in a vehicle I wanted instead of something my credit dictated. More
