I met with Sunny Dalavai, the Assistant Service Manager at Empire Toyota of Huntington. Sunny is whim I usually meet with because he is very helpful and knowledgeable in resolving issues with my car. He is very professional and doesn’t use any pressure tactics. He presents the issues and how it can be fixed, gives me the breakdown of the costs, and lets me decide what I want to do. It is apparent that Sunny genuinely wants to help his customers as much as he can. The wait time was very short considering the work I needed to have done. The technicians at Empire Toyota at Huntington are also very skilled and I’ve always been very pleased and confident in the work they do.
