Excellent used auto buying experience I found the car buying experience at the Mungenast Lexus dealership to be excellent. I especially enjoyed dealing with Mark Kniffin who was both professional and straight forward which made the entire experience much more relaxing and efficient. Mark worked with me to obtain a deal that worked for me particular situation. I would definitely recommend him to others. I also enjoyed working with Rob and Bric who were both engaging and to the point. The Docupad device that Bric used for electronic presentation and signatures is a huge improvement over the old stack of paper documents used a closing. More

Excellent sales and service I have just purchased my third auto from Mungenast Lexus, not only is the Lexus a great car but the dealership sales and service people are very pleas I have just purchased my third auto from Mungenast Lexus, not only is the Lexus a great car but the dealership sales and service people are very pleasing to work with. My sales person for all three cars is Nate Hopson. Nate is a very professional non pressure salesman. I would refer Nate to anyone thinking of purchasing a Lexus including friends and family. Donna Zecher was my delivery specialist, she new the car and did an excellent job of explaining how everything works. More

Since our lease was about to expire and Nate had kept in touch we decided to look at another RX 350. As before Nate was excellent. We told him we were just looking to start and he said if we see something we like just let him know. No pressure, no following us around. We found 3 and Nate lined them up and pointed out subtle differences and dealer add ons with each vehicle. Having made what we thought was our choice we saw one in the showroom we really liked. Nate pointed out the special dealer add ons on the showroom model. He then proceeded to go to bat for us and got us a tremendous deal on the showroom model. Nate Hopson is the best. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. A great asset to the dealership. Mike in finance and Donna in delivery were also great. All in all made experience enjoyable- Chic and Donna More

Such a wonderful experience buying a Lexus from Mungenast Hi. I just wanted to email and say thank you for working with us and meeting us on our trade to allow my family the opportunity to be part of the Lexu Hi. I just wanted to email and say thank you for working with us and meeting us on our trade to allow my family the opportunity to be part of the Lexus family. We absolutely love our Lexus. From the time we arrived at Mungenast until our purchase was final, we were warmly greeted, treated with respect, given time to discuss options, and thoroughly explained the lease process. It was truly a wonderful experience. Joel Habermehl is very professional, knowledgeable, and he just made this a great experience. I greatly appreciated that because most dealerships you leave feeling overwhelmed and pressured. This was not the case at all. We would also like to comment on the professionalism of Mike Baek. He did a fantastic job with explaining the finance process to us. We felt very comfortable during this part of the process. Joel and Mike really hit it out of the park with us. They were very professional, but they are two characters! Laughing and joking was great therapy knowing we were leasing such an expensive and luxurious vehicle. I can't recall everyone's name, but you have a wonderful climate and a great group of people. We decided to have stripes put on our new ES 350 to compliment the Atomic Silver, Susan took care of that for us. We leased the vehicle on Tuesday and by Wednesday it was complete. Most places would have taken half a day if not longer along with a wait period to even get the vehicle in. Donna really knows her "stuff" about all the gadgets in the ES 350. Although we weren't able to get all of the "bells and whistles", it was nice to have someone sit with us, inside of the car and show us first hand how to operate the vehicle. Again, thank you for a wonderful experience. We did lease the ES 350 so I'm looking forward to doing business again in the near future. Even when we looked other places she let us know she would look at sister dealerships to find us our car. Ultimately the quality of the vehicle led us back to Mungenast and Becky worked with us to get the car we wanted at a price we could afford. She did all of this with a positive attitude, friendly and professional. Susan then took over after the sale to introduce us to the intricacies of our vehicle. She was very patient and informative and let us know we could call with any questions. This is our second purchase from Mungenast and we are very satisfied with their professionalism and quality of service. We would not hesitate to use them again. More

When I saw the 2014 IS 250 I new it was the car for me. I went to Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis to purchase the vehicle. I pulled up to the dealership in my 1996 Toyota Camry with 267,000 miles. I have ex I went to Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis to purchase the vehicle. I pulled up to the dealership in my 1996 Toyota Camry with 267,000 miles. I have experienced at some dealerships, if you pull up in an old car and don't look the part no one even offers to help you. As soon as I pulled up Mike came out the door to meet me and asked how could he be of service with the warmest smile. I knew this was the dealership for me no judging. Mike o'Shea was my sale person. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and approachable. We sat down and finally ordered the car in the last week in August. He informed me that it could possibly take a few months to receive the car because it was coming from Japan. When the car finally arrived at the dealership at the end of November, it was the wrong color, and some options on it that I didn't ask for. I was kind of upset because I had been waiting on this car for 3 months and did not want to wait another 3. To make a long story short, Mike tracked down the color car I ordered with the right color interior, gave me a huge discount. This car had extra's I didn't ask for. He kept the price at the monthly payment we agreed on. Susan Brockmeier did a great job in explaining some accessories that I may be interested in that would be a great benefit to the car like the sealant protection for the interior and exterior of the car. Meredith Rahm was very patient and knowledgeable about the technical aspect and programing of the car and gave me her card to call at anytime if I had any questions. Mike Baek the finance manager had a good sense of humor and explained some things to me that I thought I knew about like gap insurance. I thought that gap insurance was for cars that did not hold their value, and in the event that something happened to the car the full price of the loan would be covered. Mike said that gap insurance is insurance that will keep you from owing money on a car that may have been totaled because kelley blue book may say its worth less than you owe on it, and that's the price that the insurance company that has to pay for your car is going to go with. It keeps you from paying for a car that you no longer have and it also helps you to get another car comparable to what you had. I had a great experience at Mungenast of St. Louis and would definitely go back to purchase another car and recommend it to a friend or family. More
