Overall, it is always a positive experience dealing with the Bernardo family at Steingold. Our most recent experience was a win-win for us and the dealership. We spotted a trade-in that had just hit their garage, when having my wife's car serviced. We expressed our interest and were able to try it before it was formally put up for sale. Essentially, we got first dibs on a car that my wife had been seeking and the dealership saved its advertising costs. More

The whole transaction took half an hour vs. hours that many of other internet purchase experiences have taken. At Steingold Volvo nobody ducks behind the curtain to check with their manager just to come back with very little. The family at Steingold is professional and real. The service manager is second to none, clearly understands her job and very pleasant. We are Volvo people, four in the driveway, two S60’s, one XC90 and one XC70. We have purchased our Volvo's from different dealers every time, this will probably be the first dealer we return to. We will use Steingold for future purchases and maintenance.
