I was told that the vehicle would be looked at with a day or two by a technician , it was not. I was told that I would receive an update call by the end of the week, I did not receive one. It was suggested or two by a technician , it was not. I was told that I would receive an update call by the end of the week, I did not receive one. It was suggested that I tow the vehicle to another Chevrolet dealership that could get it serviced faster, so I did. The additional tow away from Mark Allen cost me an extra $200, not mention the extra week I had to pay for a rental vehicle while my car sat in the parking lot being ignored at the Mark Allen service department. More

Purchased a new car & also had an oil change done on another vehicle. Both visits were a pleasant experience. Our salesman Chris was wonderful! After the purchase he made sure we knew he would be available to us if we had questions later. So nice! Don’t remember the name of the gentleman who did financial paperwork but he was super! Very personable & friendly, & everything went so smoothly. Didn’t spend as much time with the Service Dept. on the oil change of our other car but everyone has been very friendly & nice!
