Then she tried to help me when I offered less, but convinced me that the on-line prices are the rock bottom for the dealership. Sam was very friendly and helpful. This was a cash deal so things went very smooth. I talked to Dave the finance officer and he offered me a extended warranty that I couldn't turn down. Customer Satisfaction is First Before and After the Sale!!!! At 57 years of age I have had many dealings with many dealers in my life. Mark Allen and his staff worked hard to get my wife and I the exact vehic At 57 years of age I have had many dealings with many dealers in my life. Mark Allen and his staff worked hard to get my wife and I the exact vehicle we went to the dealership to purchase. They sent drivers to Kansas to pick up the exact Truck we wanted when it was determined they didn't have it in their own inventory. At no time did they ever try to push any other vehicle on us or ask us to compromise and accept anything less than what we wanted. After the sale they gave us a loaner while replacing some trim items which were blemished during shipping. They took care of everything and we left feeling we had dealt with really honest and polite people. It was actually a pleasant experience dealing with all of their staff. Thank you Doug Mills I can say that my wife and I are truly satisfied with our vehicle and with Mark Allen, his Lovely Wife Zoya and all of his staff we had dealings with. More
