I would definitely say this was an excellent purchase. Susan Crawford is fast,efficient, and the best salesperson I've had. This is my 3rd purchase in 6 years from Duval Ford. Susan was personable, knowledgeable and continued to be ethusiatic about each Ford product we inquired about, test drove and considered to buy. She respected the fact that we had done our homework and that ethusiatic about each Ford product we inquired about, test drove and considered to buy. She respected the fact that we had done our homework and that we sincerely wanted a Ford product! After the intial visit, during an extremely hot, humid summer afternoon, we realized that all questions about the product, and possible financing there, were answered by one individual, her. That one on one customer service is one of the main reasons we bought our new Edge from that dealership. There was no parading of multiple team members to make the sale! The prices were clearly marked on each vehicle, plus applicable rebates, etc. As we, briefly, waited to sign the papers all the staff were courteous and attentative from the front door to our new vehicle despite the rain storm going on outside! With a definitive, YES!, we will be back soon to make another Ford purchase. Rick and Sharon More

Last month, I made my second purchase of a new Ford truck Last month, I made my second purchase of a new Ford truck from Duval Ford and I wanted to give the staff a good review. I got excellent customer Last month, I made my second purchase of a new Ford truck from Duval Ford and I wanted to give the staff a good review. I got excellent customer service from James, Susan, Mathew, and Antonio. Duval had the best deal after looking for 2-3 months and at 4-5 dealerships. My first truck was a new 1999 Ford F150 4x4 from Duval and I just traded it in on a new 2012 F250 4x4. I was not an easy customer to deal with. I did my research and had patience and even changed my mind at one point. No pressure from James or Susan and they were very helpful, professional, and courteous. When I finally made my decision, James found the truck and delivered it the next day. Also, I want to compliment the guy that drove it from Bainbridge, GA. He must have driven 55 mph the whole 200 miles because the mpg said 15.5 and thats a 6.2 liter gas engine. About a week later, I had a repair request and Antonio and James were very helpful in resolving the issue. They could have easily avoided me and the repair, but offered prompt customer service and a quality professional repair. This crew is an asset to the staff, and kudos to the managers that hired them. I have a good working relationship with this dealership and I recommend Duval Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle or service. More

I have delt with Duval Ford for over 15 years. My husband and I have purchased both new and used from the dealership. We have also have used the service department. We just purchased our 3rd car, a 2012 Ford and I have purchased both new and used from the dealership. We have also have used the service department. We just purchased our 3rd car, a 2012 Ford Escape. I am as pleased with this as I was and still am with our 2001 Ford F150.
