I have delt with Duval Ford for over 15 years. My husband and I have purchased both new and used from the dealership. We have also have used the service department. We just purchased our 3rd car, a 2012 Ford and I have purchased both new and used from the dealership. We have also have used the service department. We just purchased our 3rd car, a 2012 Ford Escape. I am as pleased with this as I was and still am with our 2001 Ford F150. Everyone was very nice. Susan was very friendly, through with explaining features. Dan and James work to get the numbers for my purchase. Darlene stepped in and help when Susan was not available. We were looking at a car here and one at another dealership. They had they car we were looking at and we were able to work out a great deal.
