They made an effort to try to patch my tire, even though
it could not be patched due to safety reasons they were able to get me two new tires. They really do care about the safety of their customers.

The prices of a simple service job has tripled over the years here and you never honor your promises to the customers such as quality service or even consistent car washes (for the prices we spend, wow)!! Too much “business” and not enough focus on the actual customer!!
Robert and the service department did not do any work for
4 hours and all I needed was One tire replaced which was confirmed to be in stock when I set up my appointment. I told Robert I needed the car in 3 h

I told Robert I needed the car in 3 hours when I dropped it off and he assured it will be ready. Robert said he would call me to give an update on my warranty claim (a process that took 20 mins at an another tire shop, not 4 hours). He did not call me for 4 hours nor did he return two of my calls. His associate received my call twice and did not give me any updates as well. I got fed up with the dealership not giving any updates for four hours, so I walked back to see my car sitting in the parking lot as I left it. I wasted 4 hours for no work to get done.

The wait is too long, from after 9am to after 4pm and the worst thing is that day of service, when I called the service person told me that my car is not done as yet, and when I realized that he did told me by 12noon my car will be ready and it was after 2pm and the car still wasn't done, I took a cab from my home and went to the dealer service place, because he told me that I cannot wait for it, and when got there my car was done and parked in the parking lot waiting for me to pick it up, that is when I saw all three of the service person sits outside relaxing talking and didn't call me to let me know that my car is finished working on, and the worst thing is that, this service place the workers, they have bad attitude there body language tells it all, my question is why they refused to call me when my car is done, it was a very bad service day for me after I spend so much money at that place, I wasn't treated fairly and I have the right to be treated fairly and equally just like everyone else. Why do I have to take a cab to go pick up my car and it is covered under the warranty, the worst thing is the service person didn't called me when my car is done worked on and I'm very much offended by his behavior.
