I called Susan and asked what their policy was about returning the car. She asked no questions and immediately said she would do whatever she could to make me a satisfied customer. And she sure did!! I traded that car back in, bought a year newer car with 10k less miles on it, + all the features I wanted on a luxury SUV and got $3500 more than what I paid for the trade-in originally with a lower car payment. WHAT else could I have asked for?? YES! I was satisfied. More
