The frustration we experience served to better understand and recognize a golden opportunity like we got today from Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos. Susanna Yim immediately contacted us after we inquired about a very particular vehicle, 2023 Accord Sport Hybrid, that we found listed online. Susanna was very pleasant, cordial and most of all, transparent. It was a true pleasure dealing with Susanna. Her sales experience and no pressure approach put us at ease by addressing all of our concerns. Sales Manager, Peter Balint was also courteous and professional. He certainly knew the SoCsl market.
