I wanted to also note her excellent ability as a car salesperson; She made time to make sure most (if not all) of the important features of our car were ready/set before we drove out the lot. This was well beyond the hours of operation, so I would’ve understood if she had closed the deal and left shortly after. However, she made sure we left satisfied and I commend her hard work and dedication. Overall, I would recommend Susanna to every prospecting car buyers shopping for Honda and it will be very hard to beat the experience I had shopping with her. More
