I began dealing with Susanna Yim on line as I tried to negotiate a good price between several large dealerships. Susanna almost immediately stood out from all the other Internet Managers. She was prompt in getting back to me, was direct, to the point and did not play any of the usual games like "I have to talk to my manager". And she offered me the best price. When I arrived to buy the car, she had paperwork prepared (at the agreed-upon price), had the car washed, and, in spite of the holiday crowd, did her best to ease me smoothly through the process.
