Great Internet Sales rep I drove 1hr and a half to get this deal. I did everything online with Sussana Yim and everything went as promised online. Only thing that took long wa I drove 1hr and a half to get this deal. I did everything online with Sussana Yim and everything went as promised online. Only thing that took long was the finance department. The staff was really friendly and I had no pressure from anyone like I did at other dealers. We are enjoying our new Honda CRV. Susanna went over and beyond helping me to finally get my dream car! I am so anxious going to a dealership because of all of the “horror stories” I’ve heard and read, but Susanna proved me wrong. As a first time buyer, you would easily get confused with all these stuff but thanks to Susanna it went well. She has so much patience and would go over and beyond to explain all that we needed to know. She would help you and would clarify things if you have any questions even after you’ve already closed a deal with her. Keep it up! I hope every dealer is like you, Susanna! It was an amazing experience.
