Best purchase experience ever Susanna Yim was great, she went out of her way to get us the exact car we were looking for at the best price. I shopped many other dealers before Norm Susanna Yim was great, she went out of her way to get us the exact car we were looking for at the best price. I shopped many other dealers before Norm Reeves Honda, but after talking to Susanna and the fact that she delivered on everything she said the choice was clear. I remember the days spending 6 hours in a dealership to get a car. It was so frustrating the games and waiting game, this experience was far from it. We were done in 2 hours and no pressure to buy anything that we did not want. More

Susanna Yim deserves her plaudits because she simply gives the best price with zero nonsense and she hustles faster than anyone else. Sorry everybody else, but the reason Susanna got my business and others didn't is because she understands customers don't want to come in and waste their time chitty chatting all day to get a deal. We texted and she was very responsive (another thing that most other salespeople don't do and should- texting is the way to go) and gave her best price in writing and I went over and bought the car and drove it home. 5 stars. More
