October 2024, I went to Mandal Buick GMC knowing exactly
which vehicle I wanted and I was pre-qualified. They didn't use the companies I was pre-qualified with but instead caused 3+ hard inquiries then tell

They didn't use the companies I was pre-qualified with but instead caused 3+ hard inquiries then tell me GM Financial offered me the best interest rate at 8.45 percent. I asked if they are sure because I've never received anything but the best possible interest rate and they insist it was the best.
I now know better because only 6 months later I refinanced the vehicle and currently have a 3.49 percent interest rate. I should have taken my dad's advice as he said if they give you a good deal on the vehicle they're going to jack up the interest rate and apparently that's what they did in my case because my credit score nor anything else about me changed in 6 months.
In addition to this I regret that I purchased my 2024 GMC Terrain from Mandal for several other reasons the biggest being they have made it very uncomfortable for my husband or I to go there. During my purchase they made it as if I had a choice to get Auto Butler or not but a couple months after my purchase I tell them I do not want Auto Butler. My receipt says I paid $1,099 for the auto Butler but when I asked for a refund they claim they increased my rebates for Auto Butler to be free to me. This was not explained and I do not have anything showing I was given a rebate for $1,099 on Auto Butler and they claim that I can't get a refund because it can't be taken off. As far as I know it was never applied but if it was the $1,099 is supposed to be for every 6 months application for 5 years which is what I do not want and it is not right for them to not refund me. Additionally, if I did decide to use it, my husband and I feel highly uncomfortable going to this particular dealership and it can only be used here.
In addition, when I bought the vehicle, nobody told me that I cannot get it serviced under warranty at the dealership that is closest to my house. Several months after purchasing, I attempted to bring it to the dealership closest to my home and was told they're not allowed to do warranty work on my vehicle due to a contract they have with the selling dealer to not take customers away from each other. I said well your refusal to work on my car under warranty is definitely not going to force me to bring it to the selling dealer because they have made it so uncomfortable for me to do business at the selling dealer, I'll drive an hour away to go to a GMC dealer in another state or drive an hour to the next nearest GMC dealer within my state.

Mandal has provided a response only to show a fake caring appearance to the public. They specifically Daniel, totally disregarded my last attempt to figure out and resolve the Auto Butler issue.
Mandal employees have all of my contact info because I purchased there and have spoken to them on numerous occasions due to several more problems not listed above. Example cargo door had trash in the paint, missing bushing on roof rack, trash in paint above doors, cracked headlight. On my first visit, I was told I'd have to come back to test drive and purchase because the vehicle I wanted had to be inspected. Saleswoman called me while I was test driving in another state at a different dealership. I returned drove and purchased the vehicle but if indeed it was inspected, how could a brand new vehicle have so much damage ? When I "thought" all that mess was resolved, is when I asked for a refund on Auto Butler. Actually, my husband went in person to ask. He was told our rebates were increased making Auto Butler free. We were not told this and we have no proof of this. However I do have a receipt for $1,099 paid for Auto Butler. My husband asked the guy (likely Tony or Patrick) to explain it to me but the guy said he wasn't speaking to me and said we xxxxx the dealership. I suppose he means because they repaired so many damaged things on a new vehicle with only 10 miles on it but I would think GMC reimbursed them.
