This is our 2nd vehicle with Mandal’s. Also will like to give a big shout out to the staff as well. They are very friendly and professional. Ms. Susie Hatheway at the Servis department has always made service department a comfortable experience on your wait. Ones again a big shout out to Mr. Jim Crampton for his hard work and dedication. Service took 2 1/2 days. It was never relayed to me that it would take this long. People were pleasant, but the 3% up charge for using a credit card? Susie did very well within the parameters she could control in trying to find a solution. Unfortunately, Mandal/GM aren’t willing to spend the money to fix a known transmission defect. We played this g control in trying to find a solution. Unfortunately, Mandal/GM aren’t willing to spend the money to fix a known transmission defect. We played this game for 4-5 visits of “maybe it’s this or that.” Then they finally just said there is no issue. I drive this vehicle daily and still experience the well documented (nationally) transmission “shudder.” More
