Kevin Olsen was there to greet us before we walk in the door. After engaging in a bit of small talk, we told him we were looking for an SUV. We test drove the Trax and the Trailblazer. During the test driv door. After engaging in a bit of small talk, we told him we were looking for an SUV. We test drove the Trax and the Trailblazer. During the test drive Kevin explained the features in each of the SUVs and explained the differences between the two. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We decided on the Trailblazer and Kevin lead us into a spacious, clean, and cool showroom were we started the buying process. Kevin is a no pressure salesman, and made us feel at home. He worked with us on a trade in of what I thought was a worthless car. We are very happy with our experience at Palm Chevrolet Dealership. More
