Everyone was very knowledgeable in their specific area and they work together as a team. Mike and Cort in sales know the Malibu and point out features as you explain what your needs are, they are patient and they work together as a team. Mike and Cort in sales know the Malibu and point out features as you explain what your needs are, they are patient , they wait for you to finish they actually listen, and are low pressure. Sveta in finance knows what she is doing she is very knowledgeable and polite. For me the finance piece is the worst she made it smooth as silk. Tom in the service department also listened to my concerns and followed up the techs to ensure the mud flap was replaced on the left rear, then he went a little further and had the techs check both left and right quarter panels ensuring they were nice and tight. Service after the sale is really where customer loyalty is developed and Tom Kahl did a good job. Yeah sure everybody wants to sell you a car but this team helped me buy one. More

I'm not a very easy customer to work with, especially when it comes to vehicle purchases, but Mike and his team didn't kick me out of the dealership so that's a plus. We have purchased several cars from Elco, and Cort Howard has always treated us exceptionally well. Seeing him when we come in makes us feel at home and makes us more comfortable than walking in not knowing who we will be dealing with. Sveta has helped us with the financing on all the cars we have purchased at Elco. Like Cort, she always recognizes us and treats us like friends. Sveta makes us comfortable and quickly completes our paperwork exactly as it should be. This was our first experience with Jim Russo but we will gladly work with him again. He was friendly, knowledgable and thorough. Everyone at Elco is always professional, including the body shop, parts and service departments. Elco is the friendliest most efficient car dealership we have ever dealt with. We feel almost like family whenever we go in. More

Very good dealer experience! Which was very nice since I had a very bad experience at Royal Gate dodge in the past! Their price on my 2011 Silverado was amazing which is why I traveled 48 miles to deal with them. Kyle was very personable and great to work with. We haggled a little on the price and payments, but one thing that impressed me was their professionalism thru it all. I've dealt with others in the past who were quite rude. I'd recommend them to anyone. Great service!! More

We were so impressed with the no-haggle pricing and with Joe's personality that even after we compared prices with another dealer in the area, we came back to make our purchase with Joe. Since the vehicle Joe's personality that even after we compared prices with another dealer in the area, we came back to make our purchase with Joe. Since the vehicle we were interested in had a sunroof (which I was totally uninterested in), Joe and the sales manager offered a selling price that was reduced by the cost of the sunroof. Overall, we feel we received a very fair deal with very little haggling necessary. More

Listened to my wants and needs and kept those in mind throughout the process. I wanted to downsize for several reasons from a 2007 Tahoe and needed a means to carry a bicycle most of the time. I wanted throughout the process. I wanted to downsize for several reasons from a 2007 Tahoe and needed a means to carry a bicycle most of the time. I wanted more of a car like ride than the Tahoe and I wanted to protect my investment or value I had in the Tahoe. Led to a Cadillac SRX and a trailer hitch mount (to be installed on arrival). Mike showed me cars he had available and as my interests took us places he helped provide the possibilities. Sveta (can't recall the last name) was very professional as she handled the paperwork and various financial and protection options. More
