What a deal! This dealership is one class act. Our first Cadillac was a 1963. To give you an idea of how many we have owned over the years. Brad and Cort assured us that it would be worth it to drive the 275 miles to the Dealership. The transaction was basically done over the phone, including our trade in ,which they had never seen. When we arrived they rolled out the Red Carpet, just as Brad said they would. Everything was exactly as they said it would be, no surprises ,no changes. Just can't say enough about these three folks and the Dealership. They are absolutely the best. Would highly recommend them ( already have ) to anyone. Wish we had known about them before now. This was the most pleasant and enjoyable buying experience we have EVER had. Love these wonderful people. More

His follow-up and communication throughout the process was excellent. We came to Elco with previous negative experiences from other dealers, so we weren't exactly easy-to-deal with customers. Our salesman, Chris Ringkamp did an excellent job and we bought the truck because he was professional, courteous and had excellent follow-up. Our experience in finance with Sveta and in Service with Jeff Lewis, John and Service Tech, Al were also very positive. We would purchase another car/truck from Chris at Elco and would recommend Elco based on our experience. More
