I did not expect to buy the car that night as I expected them to close at 8pm, but she was so warm and really conveyed having my best interest at heart and I ended up purchasing that evening. Sorry to Svetlana and Ali for having to stay late. As the car needed some things done before being able to drive away, Svetlana coordinated the delivery of the car with patience, good communication, and flexibility, as well as called me about a week of after having the vehicle to check in and see if I had any questions. Highly recommend Svetlana at Manly Honda. More
