Went in for a pre owned vehicle that was listed for $23,458. After enjoying the test drive and sitting down to talk about numbers I was blind sided with an out the door price of $31k after the dealers $23,458. Ben was the manager who “came to my rescue” after an absolutely horrible experience in finance. I was interrupted multiple times during my explanation of the issue and was told it all was surely a misunderstanding. There was absolutely no validation of the horrid experience I had, and his after-the-fact apologies were insincere at best. Absolutely loved my time at Toyota with our salesman, but the finance department is an absolute nightmare. More
