I will never do business with them again. I purchased a certified pre owned 2022 Tucson from them. During the test drive I asked the salesperson if the owner’s manual was in the glove box. Sh I purchased a certified pre owned 2022 Tucson from them. During the test drive I asked the salesperson if the owner’s manual was in the glove box. She told me it was, I did not check. When I got home I opened the glove box and there was no manual. I sent her an email and she told me one would be sent. I month later she emails me and ask if I was pleased with the vehicle. I told her I had not received the owner’s manual. She said FedEx it was delivered. I told her FedEx had not delivered anything to my house. I asked what day it was delivered, she never answered that question. I asked if they were going to send the manual and she said she would check with management about sending another manual. They can’t send “another manual “ because they never sent the first one. I wrote a review on google and I got a response from the owner. He said they would be in touch with me and would send me a manual and a tracking number. Two weeks later and no one has contacted me, no tracking number and no manual. These people are not honest. I will never do business with them or any Mullinax dealership. I am actually considering trading the vehicle in because this has left such a bad taste in my mouth. More

Worst experience ever! Bought a car over the phone. Was delivered to me in Florida with a dent on the door. They fixed it 3 weeks later. I asked several times when I would get my paperwork for my permanent tag. I was assured it would arrive soon. Temporary Tag expired after 20 days and no paperwork. I was lied to and told they would mail the paperwork to me overnight mail on the 6th. It wasn't sent until the 8th and arrived to an address in Orlando (not me) on the 10th. No follow up by the dealership to me. Not sure what to do next as they mailed the paperwork to the wrong person. Stay away from this dealership! More
