Your Sales manager reached out to me on Friday. He confirmed my address and said he was going to look into why the first manual was not delivered, and call me back. Naturally, he hasn’t called back. I expected that. I told Tanajah Brown 2 months ago it was not delivered. Why wasn’t it looked into then? It has been 3.5 months since I purchased the vehicle and this matter is still hasn’t been resolved and y’all have no intention of resolving it. That owner’s manual must be printed on gold because you are willing to lose 2 customers over it (my girlfriend has a Kona bought at your dealership, and will not do business with you again).
