I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 for an oil change. Do to a schedule change, I arrived at 9:00. Mike was able to work me in and had the techs do the 10,000 mile service while I was there. He also he'd then address a TPMS issue i was having. I very much appreciate being able to get everything done in one trip. By the way, I was done before my 10:30 appointment would have started.
