Timmy was great, he did fail to mention you can run the car through the car wash otherwise wonderful Russ on the other hand was not good. I was to finance 10,000 as I paid off the rest and then after few months pay off the balance. Now it been over over six week and it is still not fixed, I was in the dealership the next morning when I saw what they had done The deal took over 7 and 1/2 hours no food or drink during that time. I am 81 and had a migraine at the time I met Russ and it was about ten to 6 Pm and I do not drive much at night and with the migraine on a two lane roads in the dark it was get out of there as fast as possible, I live about an hour and half from the dealership. I trusted when I should not have and would have never signed any forms without having them filled in first. I only keep a car about 36 months that is a pattern of 50 years. I filled out a from and they said it would be taken care of the morning after but so far that is not the case More
