My story with this Jim Glover location is long and very frustrating. However my most recent encounter with the service department is what I’ll refer to. I went in for an oil change, something simple. I had frustrating. However my most recent encounter with the service department is what I’ll refer to. I went in for an oil change, something simple. I had to stand there for 5-10 minutes before someone greeted me. There was 1 guy on the phone with a customer, another guy typing away on his computer who didn’t even acknowledge me standing there waiting to be helped, the service manager (who I’ve dealt with before) saw me and smiled then went back into his office without helping me. When the guy on the phone finally finished up his conversation he finally helped me out. He was very nice but I thought it was very rude how several associates passed by me and didn’t even offer to help or even at least tell me it would be a few minutes till someone could help me. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this location and it’s customer service. It may not seem like much but it means a lot to me for associates for be attentive and understanding with their customers. It took them at least 3 hours to get my oil changed as well. I’m giving TJ 2 stars because of a combination of the past experiences I’ve had with him and the experience I wrote about today. Rodney got 4 stars because even though he was busy he still helped me with a smile on his face and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience. More

Always a pleasure to come to this dealership because they truly take care up their customers. We are trying to use our local Jeep Dealership for service on our Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit. The following is being shared in regard to my recent experience. At the present time the deal service on our Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit. The following is being shared in regard to my recent experience. At the present time the dealership is overwhelmed with the number of customers compared to the staff available in the service arena and support services. Phone calls are not returned promptly from service and voicemails are left. The service managers are overwhelmed with the volume of customers. I had to go to the dealership and discovered my vehicle was ready myself one hour before closing as I would be without my vehicle an additional day. When pulling into the service area there were several salesman positioned a few feet away. It was obvious that I was headed to service to check on my vehicle. A salesman approached me and my demeanor should have let him know I really wasn’t interested in purchasing and the salesman kept following me and bantering questions to me. I really don’t appreciate pushy sales people and when I am ready to buy I will not purchase from a pushy high pressure dealership. I do commend the dealership for having the vehicles on the showroom floor unlocked. Some dealerships keep them locked and only salesman unlock them which is extremely frustrating. The dealership lacks enough loaner vehicles for a vehicle that service takes overnight. More

Our experience just reinforced our belief that anytime you deal with a larger corporation you are merely a small cog in a large uncaring inattentive machine. In all fairness the executive management including Mrs Glover and service manager TJ gave the perception of remorse. the rest of the employees except Brooklyn (felt sorry for her she was caught in the middle) lacked people skill and technical expertise. if you have another choice for service give that a try. More

Still waiting for Service Dept Schedule appointment for Tuesday August 27, 2019. Dropped truck off Monday evening August 26, 2019. Dealership has not contacted us regarding the stat Schedule appointment for Tuesday August 27, 2019. Dropped truck off Monday evening August 26, 2019. Dealership has not contacted us regarding the status of repairs. Called afternoon of August 29, 2019 @ 1:54 pm and was told the service department would call back. Received call back at 2:14 pm. Craig said he'd find out status and call back. Stopped by @ 3:38 pm since no one called back. Was informed by Craig still didn't know status because he'd been busy. He said as soon as he got caught up which would be 10-15 minutes he'd check with the tech and give me a call. Was unable to confirm that truck had even been looked at. Still waiting on the call and its 5:23 pm. Rodney walked by several times and said he's got it pointing at Craig. Furthermore, I asked Craig..." If I schedule an appointment shouldn't I expect it to be looked at on that day." His response was the tech was busy and he didn't have an answer. More
