Seen the truck I wanted on the web site for the Weatherford location. After I filled out the info to let them know I was interested the manager called and put me in touch with a salesman I told him Weatherford location. The next day I emailed the salesman to let him know what time to expect me and that I assumed the truck was on the lot. The following day I drove 45 minutes ‘to that location only to find out it was at the Granbury Location that was 15 minutes closer to my home. Mistakes happen but someone could have at least walked out on the lot and put eyes on the truck and saved me some time. I guess that should have been my first warning. So, I drove to the Granbury location. Hassan met with me and was very helpful. The VIP package was tacked on of course I expected that, it’s on the web site. What I didn’t expect was to be charged extra for the gold certification. Finally made it to the xxM office and guess what the only way to get a better interest rate is to buy to warranty. I had already been there three hours are more and was beat down and getting hungry. I did purchase the truck but if I could have found a similar one elsewhere with close to the same mileage and color I would have most likely gone elsewhere. More

Do not shop at Shotenkirk Toyota used made 1 payment then engine blows! Called and called and called took weeks to get looked at. Took bad review to finally get a manager to call me offered me less than I paid for it loose the 3 payments and the tax’s I paid walk away loosing about $5000 way I see it way to go on the pre purchase 100 point joke inspection guys manager hung up on me thanks for your help sir More
