The process was fantastic, had to make the salesman go back more then he should, I understand negotiating is part of the process, but when someone says the payment they’re willing to pay, don’t come back back more then he should, I understand negotiating is part of the process, but when someone says the payment they’re willing to pay, don’t come back with a number that’s $400 higher, just to have to come down to where it should started off at to begin with. Nice people gave me great deal on my trade in when I had paperwork issues called took care of it well update. Once I get my paperwork back nightmare was charged over $7500 for gap and extended warranty when paperwork issues called took care of it well update. Had something called Shottenkirk customer care that I didn’t tell him I wanted told him I absolutely didn’t want any extended warranties when I bought that truck they snuck that it on my last truck which was $1900 so now I’m even more mad please please be careful and read your contacts when you buy from these people if you buy from them total deception totalize would never buy another vehicle from these people.
