It was my first time, I needed to replace a tire on the right side. T. Hutchison is a good sevice advisor. He did a great job letting me know what was going on with my car. Service rep greeted and asked what service I needed . I informed him oil change -tire rotation and my parking brake was not functioning at that moment he inform me of a recall on the parking brake issue I informed him oil change -tire rotation and my parking brake was not functioning at that moment he inform me of a recall on the parking brake issue and that parts are expected sometime in October and that Burleson Nissan will notify me immediately . He was courteous professional and very knowledgeable and informative. Pleasant experience as always ! More

Took vehicle in early for warranty work, and they got it in immediately. Had to run a few errands, and the vehicle was ready before I finished. Great staff, professional and expedient.
