Just purchased a car from Audi Rockville yesterday. It was not a pleasant or professional experience by any means. A huge disappointment for a luxury car dealership. I actually felt like they didn't want me to buy the car. I'm disgusted by the laziness and lack of respect for buyers I've experienced at car dealerships during my recent search. It's like as soon as the market shifted and cars were in demand, the service shifted...at least for me, as a Black woman. I watched them jump to help white men at almost all of the dealerships I've visited. The car that I purchased fit my criteria in terms of milage and the trim, so I went with it because the combination took a while to find. I saw similar cars at other dealerships but not the exact color I was looking for. But I was not afraid to walk away from the deal if I had to. I asked for the car to be detailed and it wasn't. It was washed but not detailed. I found coffee in the cup holder when I went to pick the car up. I asked for the computer to be updated many times but it wasn't when I went to pick it up then I was told I needed to make an appointment with the service department. I asked for the paperwork to be ready for me to sign when I returned to pick up the car but it wasn't. They lowballed me on my trade. Other dealerships offered me $1000 more. The day I went to see the car I showed up with all of my research and questions about the car in hand, and my salesperson acted as if it was a bother to answer questions and expressed zero interest in any type of negotiation at all...including some unwanted add-ons that I declined but were being forced on me, like low jack. He was greedy and unpleasant. I would not recommend this dealership. They are not customer centric at all, and once you've been sold, they're done. Dealerships like this destroy the brand. I'm afraid of having to deal with their service department after reading those reviews. More

Absolutely would not recommend. Pretty scummy sales experience. They pulled scams and shenanigans you would expect from dirt lot used car dealerships. Was told the trade in was worth significantly less than Carvana was paying – and Edmunds, KBB, CarGurus, Vroom, Carmax - but was making an exception. That exception was still $1500 less than Carvana. I get it, dealerships need to eat too, COVID has been hard on everyone, and I wasn’t sure about the Carvana sales experience, so I let that one slide. Incidentally I sold another vehicle through Carvana not long after this experience and it was with out a doubt the smoothest experience I have ever had – minus a couple technical hic-ups with the app. The second scummy event was requiring a ‘sales manager approval’ to hold the vehicle until the next day to complete the sale – there was another exact same vehicle with similar mileage 10 miles down the road. I get there are sales tactics that help with closing deals, but still scummy. Strike two. The third scummy even was with the Lowjack system they install on all the vehicles. I have no want or need for such a system – but this was non-negotiable. Its only $299, and perhaps the dealership does have problems with auto theft in their location, so I let it slide. The final scummy act was asking for more money over 30 days after the sale was completed and financing was squarely in their account. Normally I would look at the request and see an honest mistake, but then I start counting up the various ways this dealership has nickel and dimed me, and I can only come to the conclusion that they are trying to run a ‘Yo-Yo’ styled scam. I am filing a formal complaint with the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration to see what recourse there is. Avoid like the plague, there is a dealership in Frederick, others in Virginia. If you really need to see an Audi, drive the extra 30 minutes to an hour instead and avoid this dirt lot used car dealership. More

My experience with Audi Rockville was fantastic. They had the S6 in the color and options I wanted. I live over 230 miles from Rockville but my salesperson Tae treated me so well I drove 4 hours to purc had the S6 in the color and options I wanted. I have purchased more than 20 cars in the various states I have resided and have never been as pleased with the care and service I received at Rockville Audi. I was so impressed with the salesperson and the dealer after trading and purchasing a car for myself, that when my wife’s car was rear ended and totaled by the insurance company shortly thereafter, we knew we would be replace her car at Rockville Audi. We just picked up our second Audi in less than 2 years and couldn’t be more pleased. Tae Yeon, our salesperson for all three transactions was wonderful. He was responsive to our needs and made all transactions as easy and simple as purchasing groceries. I received high Kelly Blue Book value for my trade and a fair discount on my purchases. Thank you Rockville Audi. I see why Rockville Audi receives Magna awards. . More
