This message is for Ms. Tala Abbelmajid.This is a continuation of your unprofessional mannerism.I have called you in numerous occasions.I have literally left a message on you Tala Abbelmajid.This is a continuation of your unprofessional mannerism.I have called you in numerous occasions.I have literally left a message on your telephone answering machine with my name and telephone #.Except,you have chosen to never replied.There isn't any other events that has taken place besides your employee's obnoxious and unprofessional manners towards a customer.At the almost end of the deal.I said to your employee,i was not going to replace the belt,if he did not reduced the price of $200 for the engine belt with a total of all the work for $875.He then approached and told me yes he will do it for $875.i counted the money and handed it to him he then counted.He went inside somewhere.Upon his returned he told he he was unable to do it for $875 it must be $900 as he was about to have an altercation in front of other customers.I said here is the $25.I'm not so much concerned about the $25 i'm more concerned about his disingenuous conduct putting Honda's corporation's image in such jeopardy.I have owned Hondas for the past 50 years.I have been very loyal to Honda corporation.However i have never dealt with such an unscrupulous,behavioral pattern throughout my 50 years of owing Hondas.Allow me to reiterate,his name is"Jonathan (John) Beaubrun" with luck,i'll never have to interact with him ever again.I was at your dealership back in December,i have written an A1 review regarding the two gentleman's that has provided service.They were the utmost best!
