Took to another dealership for inspection after notifying South Bay Lexus that the car was leaking puddles of oil and was not shifting without jerking, they said to bring it in to have a look. I didn't feel safe driving it, took it to independent mechanic was told give it back, took it to another dealership for inspection, found cracked dog bone engine mount, blown head gaskets, strut issues, and unknown transmission issues, I didn't want to pay an additional 200 for further diagnostics. South Bay Lexus in Torrance agreed to reverse the deal but have yet to return my down payment or cancel my loan, with the first payment already posted. I am paying for a car I do not have that I left as instructed by South Bay with Carlsbad Lexus where the inspections were done after purchasing. I had to take a train and lyft rides to sign paperwork over 80 miles away to retrieve the car I traded, but still not fulfilled what we agreed on. I called Lexus financial to confirm, the loan is till active. Called brand engagement and was given a case number but nothing has resulted.
