My experience at South Bay Lexus exceeded my expectations. The team as a whole were extremely friendly and welcoming and one that stood out from first contact was Tim Miller. He was no pressure expectations. The team as a whole were extremely friendly and welcoming and one that stood out from first contact was Tim Miller. He was no pressure which made my experience great. He was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all my questions. He spend a good hour to walk me through the vehicle and the interior, as well as set up the touch screen settings. I would highly recommended this dealer and Tim Miller to anyone looking for a Lexus! More

I just purchased a car yesterday(2024 Lexus Nx 350) and received the best customer service from Enrique. I was referred to him by my God dad and lets just say he didnt disappoint. He was patient, kind, and received the best customer service from Enrique. I was referred to him by my God dad and lets just say he didnt disappoint. He was patient, kind, and most importantly very knowledgeable. After seeing the numbers I started to think I was over my head, wanted to rethink the whole process. I came into Lexus with a goal&expectations(a white 2024 lexus nx 250 with buttercream interior), and lets just say what I wanted wasnt within my price range or not the color I wanted. I thought all hope was lost! But as stated before, I got my LEXUS! AND ENRIQUE surpassed my expectations! MY 2024 Lexus NX 350 AWD is not white, but them SEATS are BUTTERCREAM and within my budget! After running my credit he presented me a price I couldnt pass up! And did I forget to mention this was my first time purchasing a car! Enrique even went with me to get a cashier's check. He is not a regular cars salemens! HE is the real deal!!!! If you want someone thats compassionate, knowledgeable, flexible, with just all around great service!!!! go to SOUTH BAY LEXUS! TELL THEM I WANT ENRIQUE to help me!!!! More
