Went looking at cars to see what we may pursue. Took a few short test drives in different vehicles. Delain was mostly helpful. Until we said we would go home and sleep on the decision. It was scary and very unprofessional. I will never go back. Obviously we were only a transaction to him. I get it, you are on commission.. but that was a big financial decision we needed to make. Yes, you lost that sale as soon as it became about you. We have bought many cars over the years, sometimes over a couple days to decide, and nobody has ever acted like you did. You should think twice about your behavior while the Gilchrist name is on your shirt. More
