Overall, the experience was very positive. Tal was outstanding in providing customer service and worked with us to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Our only complaint would be the dealership needs a second Finance Officer to process purchases. The time it takes to complete the transaction was too long. Our credit score was not the issue so unsure why it took 2 hours. More
