We have had a Subaru in our family since 2001. Our recent experience with Rye Subaru was not good. They have always charged a small premium in exchange for great customer service and car repair/ Our recent experience with Rye Subaru was not good. They have always charged a small premium in exchange for great customer service and car repair/maintenance. This is no longer the case. It is difficult to say which was worse; the communication (the lack of it), the timeliness (which was far longer than estimated) or the lame excuses. Won't be servicing at Rye for the foreseeable future. More

I’ve never written a bad review before, but this is the first time I feel I have to. The service department handled my car carelessly. After the service, I discovered scratches on the paint of both front d first time I feel I have to. The service department handled my car carelessly. After the service, I discovered scratches on the paint of both front door side panels. Because the damage was on the side panels, I didn’t notice it until four days later. I realize the dealer may claim that I caused the damage, but this is a two-and-a-half-year-old car that I always treat with extreme care. I never park in tight spaces and I’m always cautious when opening the doors. Next time, I’ll take photos of the car before service to make sure nothing like this happens again. More

Always excellent service from Tamar and everyone in the service department. A comment that has nothing to do with the quality of service, the service department needs new chairs.
