Paula was wonderful and very helpful. She helped ease my stress by constantly keeping me updated on what was happening with my car. They are not customer service oriented and their mechanics are not the best. The other day I was charged for the replacement of a filter they installed only a few months before. Somehow the mechanic mechanics are not the best. The other day I was charged for the replacement of a filter they installed only a few months before. Somehow the mechanic failed to note this. They promised me a Crosstrek as a loaner and when I got there was told none were avsilable resulting in my waiting for 3 plus hours. And that’s what occurred on only one visit!!! More

I took my car for an oil change and new air and cabin filter. I was told it would take about 1 hour. After an hour I asked about the car. I was told it was almost ready. Half an hour later I asked again. filter. I was told it would take about 1 hour. After an hour I asked about the car. I was told it was almost ready. Half an hour later I asked again.This time the service advisor made a phone call. From what I overheard of the conversation, the service people were about to take off all the tires. The service advisor told them the customer had declined new tires. This was the first I heard about new tires. Having waited 1 and a half hours, I just wanted to get my car and go home. I couldn't believe that the people servicing my car would go ahead and put new tires on without my authorization. The service advisor, as she gave me my paperwork, told me I needed new tires. More
