My car dashboard signaled low pressure on a tire and some other additional sign. I called and stopped by subaru service center where I was helped while I waited. It took less than an hour for my car damage other additional sign. I called and stopped by subaru service center where I was helped while I waited. Not a good experience my recent trip there. It was for an inspection and check oil engine light that came on. They told me I was down a quart of oil but never informed me that they were not goi It was for an inspection and check oil engine light that came on. They told me I was down a quart of oil but never informed me that they were not going to put it in. THEN THE NEXT DAY, ALL MY NOTIFICATIONS CAME ON MY DASHBOARD TO CHECK OIL, TRANSMISSION, VEHICLE DYNAMICS... I AM NOT HAPPY AND WHEN I TRIED CALLING THE ADVIOSR "TAMAR" NO ANSWER!!!!!! NOT HAPPY!!! THE SERVICE USED TO BE BETTER, ALOT OF NEW PEOPLE THERE AND NOT THAT FRIENDLY OR INVITING. DEFINETLY NEED SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. More

It’s ok but they need to improve on their customer service with call backs and texting to customers. Some customers don’t use texting and others sometimes can’t get to their phones in time. Customer service reps should leave there full name and extension. So that you don’t ha BFF e to go thru the the whole menu to Locate the person who was taking in your car. More

When in for a oil change and tire rotation left w a untighten tire lug and a loud grinding bybthe tires had to tell tamara and she told the manager ,the manager took a spin in my car and came back w it untighten tire lug and a loud grinding bybthe tires had to tell tamara and she told the manager ,the manager took a spin in my car and came back w it corrected .. had a problem w their brakes replacement two years ago so I doubt I’ll be back to that service center , one thing they did for me was tighten my license plate bumper ty for that ,l More
