Lots of confusion about the work to be completed. Walked it at my scheduled 9am and was told it should be ready by 4pm. Never was told it was an entire day event for an oil change and diff fluid change. If I had knew ahead of time I would have made ride arrangements. They did off some sort of Uber discount. But I declined and had no choice but to wait but I did need my truck back by 2pm to go to work. I was told that should be possible. Time to buckle in for a 5 hour wait…..They completed the work by 1045am which is great! Glad I decided not to Uber home and back. That would have sucked to pay to leave and pay to comeback for 1 hr 45 min worth of work. Why I was told 7 hour then 5 hour wait for and actual 1hr 45min wait I still can’t figure it out. I hope the nice people at the service desk in the future can give a better time line and expectation of work to be completed. They did apologize for the wait and thank me for being patient. But who knows maybe it was just one of those rough morning we all run into some times. More
